Testimonials:

“After 70+ years of on and off journaling, Emily’s class has inspired and motivated me to journal daily and to go deeper. As a retired psychologist, I have known the value of journal writing and often recommended it to clients. It is more than just a tool. It is a way to go deeper and to touch one’s soul. Thanks, Emily, for who you are and what you’ve inspired.” — Ellen C.

“It’s coming up on one year since I took Emily’s journaling class. There have been very few days over the year when I have not journaled. It helped me slowly reacquaint myself my inner artist.” — Keith R.

"I absolutely loved this class and it opened my mind up more to journaling. I really liked the way Emily taught us not to just dive in, but to take a minute, breathe, do some meditation, and then begin!" — Valerie T.

With Emily’s journaling class, I was able to freely express my thoughts and feelings on paper. The best thing about it was that there was no right way or wrong way to do it. The journaling prompts made me learn more about myself, too!” — Olivia K.

“Through these writing prompts, I grow more curious about my inner world and the seeds of wisdom ripen when I pay attention. A recent question asking us to explore joy, wonder, and playfulness and gratitude will be tumbling around in my thoughts as I consider how to be more engaged and present to the awe of this life. [Thank you] for putting so much into this learning and sharing experience.” — Julia H.
